Bad bad Takealot!!

I have ALWAYS used Takealot, always had great service and they have always been very helpful… now it is one bad service after another!!! I am about to delete my account and the app but I have products that is still under warranty!! I am definitely switching to Amazon and other distributors, the people on their customer care line are not well trained neither are the drivers! I am definitely cancelling my a lot for more subscription! Absolutely ridiculous how unprofessional this service has become! This will be the downfall of Takealot…!
