BAD BAD TAKEALOT

I dont even want to give one star to Takealot but cannot continue with review without one. I ordered two school Boomerang trolley suitcases with pencil cases from Takealot. I paid my order on the same day. A few days later the courier arrived with my two parcels wrapped in takealot bags. Only problem is, one suitcase and pencil case was in one bag, the other bag only contained a pencil case - NO SUITCASE. I asked the courier about where my other suitcase was and he rep**** that they gave him two parcels to deliver. 2 Parcels of which one parcel was not complete. I know for a fact that it can not be the courier service who stole the package - as I said, it was wrapped and sealed in a takealot bag. But now I paid for 2 suitcases over R 2000 and only received one and an extra pencil case. In other words the one suitcase and 2 pencil cases cost me over R 2000. I would have been better of paying for fuel, driving to Nelspruit and buying the suitcases from PNA. I reported this to takealot. The issue took over 2 weeks to "Resolve" - and what was the outcome????? They informed me that both packages was delivered and that nothing further would be done. I am furious and completely flustered in takealot and will NEVER do business with them EVER again. I hereby also want to warn the people out there to NOT accept parcels from Takealot's couriers before you are not sure that everything is there as they now only refer to the 2 Parcels delivered and signed for, although not everything was received. I have 6 witnesses, photos of the parcels with the courier that was delivered which is proof that the suitcase could not fit in that sealed bag, and I kept the bags in which the parcels was delivered. I wrote a message on the couriers' paper stating that not all was received and he signed with me on the paper. UNHAPPY is an understatement.
