Bad bad service takealot

First there was a mess up with the app freezing when I made a purchase. Then called through to takealot and Babalwa helped me to rectify the situation and told me I could collect today. I've been sitting here at the collection centre for 50mins and was told it would take 15mins. Wow such bad bad service really dissapointed
