Bad bad service - Takealot

#*** - Takealots customer service and delivery is the most ridiculous and the worst I have experienced in my life. I am now trying for the last 3 weeks to sort out my order and all feedback I am receiving is that they have escalated to the relevant department. I spoke to Enrico, Lauren-Leigh Jarvis and Sihle and no one can sort out a simple delivery issue. I need a refund and my money back asap, or are you going to ***** my money as well. I have been a loyal customer of take a lotbut this is really frustrating and ludicrous! I need my refund today please.
