Bad bad service no communication!

I am so angry. I orderd a big order on 29 Nov. Received the order on 11 Dec! hold and behold 1 box missing, Log receipts, call the centre hold for about 20 min the I receive a mail the item was found and will be delivered manually - what does that means??? Jip you guess correctly today 18 Dec still no item - no communication, tried to cal the centre again after teree 20 minute calls my airtime was depleted - log receipt again. I also return an item on 14 Dec to collecting point - no trace of it on status still reflecting scheduled for pick up. I Bought a loy from them but necer ever again!
