BAD BAD SERVICE, **** I WANT MY REFUND

I bought a brand new from Takealot on January 21, 2024, for R7999, with a one year warrently. The laptop functioned well for nearly a year, despite occasional overheating. On November 4, 2024 the laptop overheated serverly, causing physical damage (screen expansion and inability to close). I documented the incident with photos, videos and reported the issue on the same day. The courier collected the laptop on November 11, 2024. Despite my concerns they insisted on forcibly closing the laptop, causing further damage. The laptop was returned on November 18,2024, in a worse condition and in loose pieces. Takealot declined to assis, claiming the damage was caused by my misuse,despite the evidence i provided.
