Bad Bad Service Goods not Delivered

My partner ordered a gift for me on Takealot in January already. To date I have not received it. Its either they send it to the wrong warehouse or they keep rescheduling the delivery date without my consent. Last week Friday I received a message saying the package was delivered which is false because they never came. After trying multiple times to call them either they answer and put the phone on the side or it just rings, finally spoke to someone after too many failed attempts they rescheduled for Monday the 7th Feb today is Wednesday I still have not received my package. I'm so so so disappointed in Takealot East London. What a ****py service they've given us it's disgusting to say the least.
