Bad Bad Service for loyal Customers

I ordered a gift which got lost between takealot and the courier somewhere during Christmas and they refunded me for the parcel on the one account, then they refunded the outstanding balance to somebody else's card and just would not believe that it isn't my card, THEY decided it is my card - arrogant arrogant arrogant - I will never buy from them ever again.
