Bad bad service

Waited for a delivery on Monday 28th November, tracked it all the way and saw it was delivered but not to me. Signed for but not by me. Had a hard time getting anyone at the company as they don't take calls you have to email, another lost process turnaround time 72 hrs according to them. Finally found the depot in George, called them was shouting and fuming by then, found out the driver took the order back and no one had the decency to let me know. The order still showing that I signed for it. They promised it would be sent out the next day. My point is who signed for it and why. How can you allow your driver to bring stuff back and not know about it. As far as everyone can see it stated I received and signed for goods. Which was not true. Never had bad service from there before until now, poor training of new staff and Takealot should be held responsible for that.
