Bad bad service and theft of PC items ordered!

My insurance company gave me a Takealot buying voucher for my sons ****** PC. I went ahead and ordered various parts for his replacement PC. The first order which I had to fetch was incomplete - 2 out of the 4 items missing - and they were the MOST expensive parts. I sent complaints to Takealot - after a week an agent contacted me and said she would, on my behalf, re-order the missing items and I didnt have to do anything - well this was utter ****! So I emailed and emailed again, and got another agent who assisted me through the return procedure. I went today to fetch another PC component, the motherboard from Pinetown pick up. When I opened the box, there was NO motherboard but 1 set of dish towels!!!!!!!!!!!! *** is going on with Takealot????? I have told my insurers about this and told their legal dept to proceed against Takealot as this now amounts to theft! The 3 most expensive items ordered and they all go missing, Takealot you can go to hell!!!!!
