Bad bad service

I ordered a few items from takealot .com .I ordered on a specific date for timeous delivery .These are gifts .Needless to say a week down the line and this company sends me an update pushing the delivery date out by almost two weeks . I then request an update or some assistance but their web page is designed with a menu of choices to prevent them from looking like the *********** fools they are . "Please be advised the order is now being picked and packed." RECIVED THIS YESTERDAY . The very day that the delivery was due
