BAD BAD SERVICE

Bad bad service. Returned item 2 months after purchased. Was a gift for a couple on honeymoon away for 6 weeks. Gift was not working well, no manual, burnt food, meat tough. Sent it back. They declined. But now not receiving my item back either.
