bad bad for first time client

My first time buying from them. i placed an order online, all went well. few days later driver contact me that he will deliver in a few minutes. again he calls to advise delivery is out of his area. i am suppose to get free delivery. driver advised i will have to pay him if i want him to deliver. i refuses. next day i was advises parcel got lost. then again that driver never book parcel back in. after few emails i receive feedback that they now out of stock, however i can see stock online but now different price. escelated, awaiting feedback, where is management to get involved. ***
