Bad Bad Ethics

It Saddens me to have to say that I have been disappointed in Takealot. I have been doing quite a few purchases through them and never had any major issues. I2A small issue I did encounter was a battery I bought, and it does not perform well and its life after about 4 moths is now depleted. Now I bought some items and it is not being delivered. The app still says it will be delivered on 25 Aug. its now 5 Sep. I tried to get a new delivery date from them and got in touch with Samantha. She says she escalated this and hope I get my delivery "soon". I then called 2 days later and spoke to someone??? She said my parcel is in Springbok with the courier. and she made it fast and furious. And then I asked to whom I am speaking. She kinda ignored me. I repeated my question, and she hung up on me. So, this is why I give them 1 star for the many times they treated me fair and good. It should have been 4 stars. But this time I should give them 0 stars. As I really need the delivery urgently and here I sit. They have my R 1600.00 and I am treated like a ******** or an unnecessary pain in the ****.
