BAD BAD DELIVERY SERVICE

worst service ever, I placed an order on the 20th November. I was suppose to get my order delivered within 2 days, it never happened. I called in last week Wednesday to follow up. I was told it will be delivered on the 2nd December because they had to order from the supplier but the consultant said she will push for Friday the 27th November. I received sms that it will be delivered before 5pm, it never happened. I received an email to verify my home address, I did. on the 30th I called spoke to Atang, he promised to follow up, I called again later spoke to Lilitha, she told me my order has been cancelled because they cannot find my address. im on the same street as their pick up point in Meadowlands and they claim they cannot find my address. what kind of service is that. I called again on the 30th spoke to Muji and Joshua I was on hold for more than 30 minutes waiting for the Manager both consultants dropped my call.
