Bad bad bad VERY unhappy

VERY VERY BAD SERVICE bought a item for my son bday on 1st November 2024 they refuse to take responsibility I mean you pay alot of money it comes with guarantee but they refuse to return the item which is unacceptable I won't recommend people to by from them because you work hard for your money and then they sell you a item that brakes in a weeks time
