BAD BAD BAD SERVICE - dont deserve even one star!!!

Poor Service - Takealot. I have ordered products from you on 04 March 2020 and up to today have not received anything. Your people keep on telling me it will be delivered. Totally understood that this could not happen during lock-down but still ordered on 04 May 2020. Should have been delivered before lock-down. Now, i struggle to get my money back or my products purchased and I get the run-around. Unbelievable. Order number ***8. Contact name: Angelique Muller. Contact number ***. Please can you explain why i cannot get my money back as i did not receive goods paid for????
