Bad bad bad service

I order from take alot very often… but the this order was meant to be delivered on the 1st of September order number (***) And the order still has not arrived. On the app it says its still in the shipping progress. I emailed takealot in the 1 st and they said i would receive it that day. It never came. I called them om the 2nd they said it at the pinetown branch and they will send it on the 2nd and that they have not updated the system. Today is the 3rd and its still showing it has not even been shipped. No one has contacted me to let me know about any delay and its still showing on the app i will receive it on the 1st. Very disappointed with their service. And if i dont receive my order today i will be making a bigger fuss. I have always bought from them and this has never happened. Regards, ***
