BAD BAD BAD SERVICE

Takealot is the worst company to deal with, they are quick to take you money but they constantly send the wrong items and if not wrong its damaged. when it comes to taking your money they are quick to stand in line when it comes to their call center there is absolutely no care in the world, Fikile D. has now been keeping me on the line for 30 minutes now just refusing for me to speak to her supervisor. I bought an item over a month ago that was in stock, received it 3 weeks later and then it was returned as incorrect, it is now going on the second week from reporting the faulty delivery, and still no replacement. there is no care and no customer service whatsoever.
