Bad bad bad service

Very bad service from Takealot. Com. I spoke to Jonah F from takealot and assured me that I will get my refund today. No refund. It takes forever for Takealot. Com to refund customers. I am extremely disappointed wit their service because I received an email on the 14th of March 2024 saying my refund has been processed but money is not reflecting in my account.
