BAD BAD BAD EXPERIENCE and still going on

Requested a return on the 23/11/24, was sent to Merchant for inspection and got a mail they will replace the item after numerous of phone calls and promising email up to now still waiting for an update WHEN my item will be delivered. after service, customer support is up to .... Calls being cut of a few times they will not return a call nor and email after myself keep sending mails for positive feedback..........BAD BAD BAD EXPERIENCE AND SUPPORT
