BAD BAD BAD EXPERIENCE AND EMPTY PROMISES

I purchased a fryer from them after a month it broke. I called for it to be returned return was supposed to be on 30 Sep its the 10th Oct nothing.

every time we get SMS that they going to collect they dont come. I have made many calls to them for the matter to get escalated and evreytime we get promised they will come that day.

we have wasted time and money sitting on the phone with takalot to get the same response every time and nothing gets done...If you say you going to escalate i expect that to happen.

we have been out of business for so many days as we waiting for the fryer to be collected and replaced. Is takealot going to put food on my table due to my loss of business!!! I will never purchase from them again!!!
