BAD BAD BAD!!!

I am shocked and disappointed at how I have not only received damaged items in the past, or items that does not work properly, but NOW this last time I thought I'd give Takealot another try...well, this is the last time. I asked to make a return and also for a refund on a product that was totally ridiculous and so falsely advertised compared to what I received. The return is approved and they say they will collect the item, but has now rescheduled a collection time about 5 times and it's been 2 weeks since I requested them to collect it back!!!! Is this just because I want a refund???
