Bad bad bad client service
My parents ordered a geneartor from takealot and the sended the wrong one the one they ordered is almost R13000 and the one the sended is R3000 less then they created a credit to exchange it its almost two weeks now and they didnt pick the wrong generator up. We have send the messages they just say tomorrow and then after that again tomorrow or just give the courier the fault.my parents are really fed up because they cant use their generator before it is exchanged is really bad service from them.It was said that they will pick it up today and still not picked up from them and the courier phoned and said today.if I can advice anyone dont but from takealot please
