Bad bad bad bad service!!!!!!!!!!

I have oredered a Samsung Watch on 23 November 2018 for my husband as a gift. Yesterday 28/11 and 29/11 I have called multiple times just to try and find out whem this will be delivered. As to now NO ONE can give me any answer as to where this parcel is, or even when it will be delivered. This is ridiculous, and totally not on! I paid a lot of money for this item, and I am not getting any service out of you. I am disgusted to say the least. The order nr is ********** 7. I need an immediate update as to !!!!!! WHEN!!!!! this will be delivered!
