Bad bad bad

Paid for stuff on 19 november. No movement on my parcels. 2 weeks ago it showed delivery date before 1 December, but the status shows not yet shipped!!! Well the 1ste of December is almost over, still shows not yet shipped and delivery to be done on 1 December!!! I have sent emails with no respond!! Its my boys christmas presents! Well done take alot. Can i give you my phone number so you can explain to my kids that they will maybe not receiving christmas presents. I have always shop with take alot, but if you go look your reviews it does not look so good!
