Bad attitude towards clients

So disappointed in TAKEALOT. COM PICK UP CENTER IN KEMPTON PARK

i was just there to pick up my parcel Weight about over 6kg, so i asked the lady working there and assisting (after she droped it aswell) on video by the way to help me carry it to the car or ask for someone to help me as it is a big parcel

And her response was they are at the back busy with parcels, they cant help, so i said but how does that work, as this is a huge parcel, i dont understand, and then replying very proudly to me, "that must they hire extra assistance just to help me....." WoW so SHOCKED by this, when i said am going to talk to the manager she said i should 13 Augustus 10.30 am
