Bad attitude of Mr Delivery used by takealot

I had a item delivered to my house today. No one was at home and the delivery guy called me to inform me of this.<br> <br> The 'Mr Delivery' guy had a disgusting attitude on the phone. He went on rambling about how I should hurry up and how he isn't paid to make any calls for something that's my fault. I was at work and had to step out of a meeting to deal with the abrupt attitude of this guy. I had to stop what was less than a minute of his call and call him back to simply say....leave it at my neighbor.<br> <br> This is not the first incident I had with your delivery system. The two orders directly before this were delivered late and I had to incur cost and phone person A and B to find out where the hell my parcels were as tracking said I signed for them when they were not even delivered as yet.<br> <br> Your delivery service absolutely sucks. I never had this happen until you guys switched to Mr Delivery. Why should he give me grief when you are the guys who contracted them to deliver items? Its not my damn problem!<br> <br> I am clearly not the only one who is experiencing this based on the amount of complaints here.<br> <br> Sort out your delivery!!! Every single order delivered by Mr Delivery was a bad experience.
