Bad attitude

Been having an issue with a delivery guy he has a terrible attitude when he's delivering the parcel and I need to go to the ATM he even returned most of my orders and tell me he has lots of people to attend to I should've drawn the money the previous day main while my sms says from 8am to 5pm then he comes early in the morning before I even go to the bank he would've returned and reschedule my parcel if I didn't insist withdrawing cash from an ATM doesn't even take 10 minutes had to waste my time arguing the withdrawal and all sorts with the manager telling me he had over 40 parcels to deliver blah blah blah take alot newcastle or Dundee their attitude really stinks
