Bad service from James Ndlovu an Agent of Takealot Travel. The guy is so rude and even says he doesn't care if you report him because they will never do anything to him. I will never do any business with Take a lot, and to anyone who will ask me about it, I will never advise them to use it. Take your staff for training, as they really lack professionalism, to the point of insulting your customers on WhatsApp. I am so disappointed. I will take my hard-earned money to people who care and respect me as a customer not this.
