Bad and Disappointing service from Takealot

<p>On sunday the 19th i placed and paid for an order which was on daily deal, i have been takealot customer for a long time, for the very first time i got so dissoppointed , on tuesday morning i received sms notifying me that my order will be delivered between 12 and 5PM, i did not receive the order instead an email confirming my order was successfully deliverred , i called immidiately as i was still waiting for my order, consultant by name of Ricardo was useless with no feeback after he promoised to help, i called again and now Ricardo was not available to talk to me, a lady by a name of Arcadia promosed on wednessday to followup and provide feedback that did not come again until i spoke to Jesicca who promised to call me back within an hour, she did call but with rather disappointing news that my order was lost and the supplier is out of stock, after so many orders i placed and successfully delivered there was no explanation how this particular order was lost and Jesicca did not know as the department did not provide any detail according her, now i have to wait 48 hours for refund, they have lost a customer, not only me by my entirre family.</p>
