BAD AFTER SERVICE! TAKEALOT!!

I ordered a memory ram for my computer and received a totally different product though on the website it looks correct, The product I collect doesn't even have the same specs except for the brand name on it. The one I have is almost twice the size of what I ordered. I have tried to contact your support but the phone seems dead. No functioning helpline. It seems it's faster to order pay and get products..after that you are on your own? BAD AFTER-SERVICE, this number *** doesn't work. order was collected yesterday!
