bad after service, lost accessories during transit or inspection. substandard chinese products sold at double the price

After being a consistent and loyal customer for years I purchased a Ukulele for my daughter off the site, upon recieving it we noticed that the instrument was substandard, chinese branded off temu, despite this we gave it a shot since my daughters birthday was imminent and I had promised her one. unfortunately I sent it back for a return process and they have now contacted to say that parts that I specifically included are not in there.

My thoughts are that the part was missed or dropped during the inspection, the part in particular is so cheaply made that it is unrecognizable and not usuable for the title it is given! "strap" but it is a cheap piece of material with a plastic clip.

I would honestly expect more, and when i do purchase i do not expect chinese branded products off temu for the price of what i would have paid at a reputable music shop!

takealot staff are untrained in the knowledge of their musical instruments. and have successfully made a quick buck off me, this seems to be the companies business plan!
