Before this experience with Takealot, it was always a pleasure ordering from them. I ordered a 360 - S7 Pro Robot Vacuum Cleaner, Suction, Sweep And Mop that was great while it worked. It stopped working and I returned it. It was with them for about 2 months. They told me the warranty expired because some part was faulty. I asked a quote to fix the problem. They did, and I payed. My machine was returned, packed and faulty, just as I send it to them. On several mails, I asked them to contact me. They didn't. I now sit with a 360 - S7 Pro Robot Vacuum Cleaner, Suction, Sweep And Mop, that is still not working, and no reply from Takealot.
