Bad after sales service from Takealot

I purchased a Magbuddy CD Slot mount from Takealot.com. Used it for a couple of months and it broke. I returned the item back to takealot for refund. The refund was denied as they informed me that the reason it was broken was due to my negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage of the product. Very strange as I used the item exactly how it was designed to be used by inserting the item into the CD slot on the vehicle radio/CD player. They can be glad the tabs that broke off did not stay lodged in my CD slot as I could with extreme measures get the pieces out. The way Takealot have managed this return is utterly wrong by refusing refund. RRN-0e83-58c7 (***)
