Bad aervice

i bought a set of suitcases, the seller sent suitcases which i did not order, unfortunately i could not return the cases as the parcel was delivered 3 days prior to me leaving the country and need suitcases o pack my clothes. Im utterly disgusted at the seller and takealot for not responding to my queries. Order nimber ***
