Bad admin. Return not fully credited

I bought two microsoft phones , but after trying anything, the phones would not download anything after contacting microsoft , i was informed that last year the phones software was unable to update , and the phone is useless , i then contacted takelot for a return , they then collected it and confirmed eligibility , they then only credited my account with one phones amount R699. I contacted them via email , and after more than a month they finally rep**** that the phone was lost at their wearhouse and that the other phone will be credited to my account , to my surprise the same amount that was credited in my account is now requested as a refund . Still 1 R699 , no other phone money.

Please note i have the delivary note confirming the receipt of TWO phones from the drivers.

Im so sick of this my kids now have no phones for school
