Bad

I have logged 6 returns on the same day i put it in ine box the courier came to collect it on the 1 August 2022 i have been phoning for the past qeeks about the parcels and the refund of the money all that Take a lot can say is sorry we will escalate the matter and phone you back well they never phone back it been a few weeks now on the Tale a Lot app it says Return Concluded but no refund of the money and worst is they cant tell me where the parcels that i have returned is for a company that are huge they ate pathetic
