Bad

I have place a order , it was suppose to arrive on the 21/04/2020 till today i am still waiting for my order. When i track my order it says shipped then later you will a reason which is not even valid. Everyday its different reason why they cant deliver,funny the other reason said i was not home i was so suppriced as im always home . No one is responding to their emails. I posted on their instagram account they keep on saying i must dm my order number i always do but no respond.
