The person was:

Firstly, I bought that TV under the adverti*****t on your website so it was advertised, even if it is after the date you can't advertise something and then tell me I can't buy it or I don't qualify, Secondly I was able to purchase it under the backthebucks section and when purchased it shows backthebucks as you can see on my invoice and order, and I am sure you know how that works, thirdly I contacted takealot and was given confirmation that I do qualify that is why I asked before I kept the TV and I was informed that I am part of the promotion by the above mentioned person, and they knew when I bought it and under witch circumstances I bought it, and they confirmed that I am part of the promotion and they said I can use there email as a confirmation, this is the only reason I bought and kept the TV, and I asked can I use the email as a confirmation that I do qualify and I was told yes so I have that email.

For me it's not about getting a free TV, for me its about having something adverited and getting excited about it. Buying it and then have the invoice/order showing that I am apart of a promotion, emailing takealot to confirm this and letting them know how I bought it, so that I know I can have piece knowing I am indeed part of the promotion witch was confirmed by the takealot employee, and the stressing about the purchase through the whole word cup biting my nails every game, and being so excited when winning knowing I have just won the TV and that all the stress was worth it.

So please assist me as I have not yet received my refund.
