#BackTheBoks Takealot deal Fruad

I purchased a TV on #backtheboks deal, and when I inquired about my refund, I was informed I do no qualify.

Then I asked them how come, and was told it was only for 246 lucky customers (like a lucky draw). I told them its not true, and got escalated to a team leader, and he informed me that I did not buy it via Takealot, but through a 3rd party seller, so I do not qualify. Then the third person told me that the TV under "my orders" under my Takealot account does not state #backtheboks, which is true, Takealot actually amended my order name. Lucky I requested an invoice with the original name the day that I purchased the TV. When I sent them that they were quick to approve my refund. ABSOLUTELY APPALLING!

They went out of there way to ***** me.
