AWL Delivery -no goods

i placed an order late Jan 22. got an SMS to say ill receive my order Monday the 7th of Feb, up to date Takealot keep rescheduling my delivery for no apparent reason ,has anyone experienced this? I had bought GIFT for my son who celebrates his birthday tomorrow and still no feedback.
