Awful treatment, bad customer service, worst communication by Takealot and their Itel TV product supplier.

What an appalling service we have received from Takealot and no accountability whatsoever, been sent from pillar to post not to mention I as a customer have to chase after them for mere feedback and the only words I'm fed is we will escalate you issue and no response for days.

I'm still waiting for my TV set which was sent for repairs ever since December and when they returned it from the supplier, it was worse and does not look like it was even touched to begin with.

We sent it back on 15 Feb, no communication from Takealot, I had to call the supplier to ask if they had received the defective TV, the supplie's response was no and waiting for Takealot. I then called Takealot and their response was they are in turn waiting for the supplier. Again being tossed around with no proper communication or clear direction as to what is the hold up with my TV.

We can't wait for Amazon to hit the road maybe we will get a better treatment and customer service.
