Awful services

I ordered a few things from Takealot including a car cover. It was delivered on the 26 Feb 2025. The evening when I opened the car cover box, that was already damaged, I discovered that the car cover was torn at the edges. I immediately logged a return and they came to collect it on the 27th Feb 2025.

I'm still waiting on them to replace the item with another, all I've been getting from them is that they're busy with sorting it out or they'll get back to me with an answer, which they don't and the last time, which was yesterday, they said a manager will phone me back and I'm still waiting.

I would really love to support our home based companies, but when you receive services like this, I'm really compelled to use Amazon. The only thing that's stopping me, is that this is the first time that Takealot is doing this to me, thus I'm moved towards being more lenient towards them.
