Awful service at TakeALot

Very disappointing service. Take a lot declined to accept the return of 2 sealed Hair clippers. This was done within a day after receiving the items. Nobody at TakeALot had the courtesy of phoning me back despite many calls and emails to ask for a valid reason for the decline. Very dishonest to have a returns policy in black and white but not implement it.
