Awful service

An order was placed on the 27 March as a gift from my birthday order was delivered to my address The mirror I ordered was deliver broken Raised a return immediately for it as it was delivering the 10th I unboxed it on the 11th which was the day of my birthday Cut long story short the mirror hasn’t been collect since They have been sending me text for the collection every other day I have communicated with their agents on many occasions and everyone says they will provide me with feedback and they never did I don’t know how far must I go to get the assistance I need because I’m really struggling as I have to be always available for the collection that never happens for more than 5 times in a row Yesterday that said they will collect once again and they didn’t pitch I just want my money at this point and they can forget about replacing the item I have a video unboxing the mirror broken I’m so stressed and angry because this service is awful and I never want to shop at Takealot ever again
