Awful Service

<p>On the 20th of February 2017 I ordered a smartwar****ch and paid for yesterday morning and I was informed that It would be delivered on Friday the 3rd of March. I even called to confirm.</p> <p> </p> <p>Today I am surprised that the order has been delivered to my workplace, but no one has even bothered to inform me that it is on the way. I am happy to get it before time however now i am working offsite.</p> <p>I tried phoning the call centre to request that the delivery be sent to me or at least arrange a different time, but the phone is just ringing and the other line is unavailable.</p> <p> </p> <p>Yesterday when I called to enquire about the delivery I did confirm if my cell number has been updated and the gentleman I spoke to said yes. It is now shocking that your delivery guy is not even thinking to contact me.</p>
