Awful Hair raising experience

<p>I ordered x2 Sleeping bags on Take a Lot last week Monday, delivery was to be Wednes, then Thursday, then Friday.</p> <p>A week later, the packages have still not arrived via the Courier.</p> <p>What is the point of online purchases if it doesnt arrive</p> <p> </p> <p>Most upset and not impressed</p>
