Awful customer service

I initially bought a pet show head and bath shower head grooming tool and ordered next day delivery. I then received aTork Craft pipe and tube cutter. I emailed takealot on the same day and was advised to take a picture of the box received if it was tampered with, S label on the box, the description of the box etc. I advised the customer service agent that there is no box for an item thats missing but the agent was persistent asking me for the information which was never there. The complaint on the same day item was received. It's been 3 days later now and the agent is still asking me questions on the box with a missing item. Now the agent wants me to go back to the dirtbin and get a specific number or details. This is awful service received. Very dissapointed in takealot. Really bad customer service experience.I will definitely not advise others to buy next day delivery.
