Awful customer service

<p>I can't believe takealot hasn't learnt anything since black friday since their website was down for ages. I ordered on the 14th, checked the estimated delivery date, 21st December, ok all good. Then later I see it was changed to the 23rd via the order history page. Come the 23rd of course my order is not delivered. </p> <p>What is the point of that recording when you first call the call centre saying don't worry your order will arrive on the delivery date specified on your order? Next I have a call centre agent lie and also tell me no worries it will be delivered. </p> <p>After a few hours I try call the call centre, imposssible to get through! Why does takealot lie on their website and call centre about delivery times and the fact that they will let you know if something changed when they don't. Such pathetic service during a period when they know it will busy. Who knows if I will get it by christmas.</p>
